How do I switch to Simplly Rentals?
Good News – it is a very simple process, and we take care of the entire transition on your behalf – making it a genuine 100% hassle-free experience for you.
Firstly, once you have signed the Form 6 Appointment with Simplly Rentals, we then go ahead and make contact with your current Agent to initiate the termination. By law, notice periods do apply and range from 0 to 30 days. Once the notice period is complete, we shall collect the keys and all relevant data (property file) from their agency and communicate this change with your tenants.
That’s it – upon collection, Simplly Rentals will advise you on the very day of how the transfer went. The property and the tenancy are now effectively under our control and ongoing management – happy days!!
